This notice describes data processing on our marketing website and demonstration inquiry form. Data inside an organization’s learning platform is governed by its own agreement and notice.

Information you provide
We collect your name, email, and organization when you submit an inquiry. Phone number, organization type, and requirements are optional. Do not include passwords, learner records, or sensitive information in the form.
Purpose
We save the inquiry to review it, arrange contact and a demonstration, and follow up on its status. Details are encrypted in the website database, and a notification is sent to the follow-up team through the configured email service.
Access and service providers
Authorized team members access the information needed for follow-up. Hosting and email providers may process it to operate the website and communication. If a local agent needs to handle your inquiry, the team explains the referral and information-sharing arrangements with you.
Sessions, protection, and preferences
The website uses a session to protect the contact form against forgery and stores your theme preference in your browser. When enabled, Google reCAPTCHA checks for abuse under Google’s privacy policy; otherwise an arithmetic check is shown. Hosting systems may retain connection logs for operations and protection.
Interaction measurement
We record limited events on our own website, such as page views and form starts and submissions. The measurement record contains no name, email, message, or IP address and uses a random page-instance identifier without cross-site tracking. Measurement records have no automatic deletion schedule. We respect supported do-not-track signals, and you can disable measurement below.
Inquiry follow-up
We retain inquiries after closure without a fixed automatic deletion period, to preserve relationship and follow-up history. You may contact us about your information or to exercise your rights. Deletion requests are reviewed in light of applicable legal obligations.
